Today, Roy and Sheru and I visited the Vancouver Waterfront and Farmers Market. It was a beautiful sunny day and not too hot.
Afterwards, we stopped by Fort Vancouver and discovered that it was originally an outpost of the Hudson Bay company, not an army fort. However, the nearby Vancouver Barracks was the first U.S. Army post in the Pacific Northwest.
In the afternoon, we hiked to Woodburn Falls and on the way back I finally found the beaver dam by the entrance.
